Our friend Kadee Sweeney, celebrity master trainer, is sharing tips for increasing mobility. It’s a sure fire way to get the extra edge in your workout routine.
Working on mobility is just as important as building muscle if you want to stay strong, healthy and injury free for years to come. After all, what good is being able to lift heavy if you can barely reach the floor to pick something up?
Unfortunately, this is an area of fitness that many overlook, and that especially goes for men.
I put these exercises together to focus on opening the hips, hip flexors, quadriceps, and shoulders, which are almost always tight on men.
The focus is the core—particularly the smaller, more intrinsic muscle groups, lateral movements, stability and exercises that lubricate the joints with synovial fluid to keep them healthy and mobile.
Use this video as your guide to loosening those tight muscles, and find more on my YouTube, Instagram, and on KadeeFit, launching soon!
