CUCUMBER KALE APPLE AVOCADO SMOOTHIE
  • INGREDIENTS
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • ¼ apple
  • handful of kale
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • DIRECTIONS
  • Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
